Virtual Guru Purnima Celebration

The Guru is honored on the full moon in July, when the moon is closest to the Earth, the time to worship God in form.

Due to the temporary closing of the temple from Coronavirus, the Neem Karoli Baba Taos Ashram & Hanuman Temple are celebrating Guru Purnima virtually this year with a 12 hour Maha Mantra Livestream.

Join Saturday, July 4th from 7am – 8pm MT for all-day chanting and more! This virtual celebration includes a livestream of the morning and evening Aarti from the Hanuman Temple, 12 hours of Kirtan Wallahs streaming their Maha Mantra chanting offerings live from their respective homes across the country. The day closes with the premiere of a brand new short film, “Eyes of Love” a short film of Ram Dass darshan filmed in Maui and Taos, which will be streamed for free. We are thrilled to have chanting led throughout the day by:

POSTPONED: Ram Dass’ Celebration of Life Memorial and Remembrance of K.K. Sah has been postponed to a future date. The ceremony will include speakers, singing and the planting of a trees in the ashram Memorial Orchard.
